It’s deceptively simple yet deliciously tasting food combined with exceptional customer service and a fiercely loyal clientele has led to the venue being the longest standing restaurant on Church St, Parramatta.

Our Coeliac Journey

Restaurant 317 is proud to make any Coeliac feel at home, with the widest variety of Gluten Free menu items NSW has to offer. Our staff from back of house (the chefs that handle your food) to front of house (the staff who serve your food) are educated on Coeliac Disease and the importance of knowledge all the way though to risk examination and prevention, we do not cross contaminate in our kitchen, and our philosophy is simple. All dishes that are free from Gluten is prepared and served with ‘turquoise’ utilities and all dishes that contain gluten are cooked with our ‘red’ utilities. This colour coding is used from the preparation process all the way through to the serving process, communicating to all diners, and all staff no matter how long they have been a part of our family for. Catering for Coeliacs doesn’t just mean through the food, it is also through the service. Our dedicated front of house staff understands the importance and serve all diners with care. And it did not stop there. Through our innovation, dedication, and mastering the art of offering the best Gluten Free food both back and front of house, we are proud to announce that we are the first restaurant in NSW to be accredited by Coeliac Australia giving any coeliac that extra bit of comfort.
