Eat Street Secure parking is a 2-minute walk from Restaurant 317. There is also paid on-street parking surrounding the streets of Church Street.

FAQ’s

The closet two car parks are Eat Street Car Park or Merriton on Church Street Car Park. Alternate parking can be found on the surrounding streets around Church Street, or at Westfield Parramatta which is a 5 minute walk to the estaurant. Car park finder can be found here.

Yes, we are a halal certified restaurant including all meats and chicken dishes. We use separate utensils in our kitchen for pork products, which are also prepped, cooked, stored and served from a separate section. Up to date certifications available at the restaurant upon request.

This is what we specialise in, in-fact, we are the only coeliac accredited restaurant in NSW endorsed
by Coeliac Australia. We have a strict colour coding system in our restaurant, red representing gluten and blue representing Gluten Free. You can read more about our journey and view our endorsement certification here.

We pride ourselves on catering to all dietary requirements no matter what it is. We welcome all guests that are Vegan, Vegetarian, Coeliac, Halal, Pescatarian or have any food allergies where we will gladly modify our menu to accommodate accordingly. We are a fully licenced restaurant with an extensive beverage menu consisting of Beers, Wines, Spirits, Cocktails and more. You can view our drinks menu here. We do allow for BYO on wines only with a $2.50 corkage fee per person. We do not allow for any other spirits or alcohol to enter the premises.

We accept both options. We always recommend to reserve a table especially for weekends to avoid long wait times for tables, however, if you are in the area and would like to pop in you’re always welcome.

Our entire menu is available in a take away option. All orders will need to be placed over the phone by calling our friendly team on 1300 317 317. We only offer pick up for all take away orders. If you would prefer home delivery, we are featured on Uber Eats and Door Dash.

Our restaurant is wheel chair friendly, with ramps and appropriate facilities for restrooms. Church Street is closed off for light rail commute only, resulting in no vehicles being able to drive onto the strip for curb side drop off. We do have an accessible drop off zone that is located through Free-Masons Arms Lane which is perfect for drop off of guests who cannot walk far. Alternate drop off is in-front of Park Royal hotel located off Phillip Street.
We are approximately an 8 minute walk from Parramatta train station.
Well behaved furry friends are welcome in our outdoor laneway dining area. Please call our team or note it in your online reservation so our staff can accommodate accordingly. Support animals are welcome inside the restaurant.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own cake, alternatively, our events co-ordinator can organise one for you. Please email on christine@317.com.au should you require this service.

Yes, we do offer booster seats for kids. Prams are also welcome. Please note on your reservation, or contact our friendly team on 1300 317 317 to accommodate accordingly.

We welcome larger groups and families to dine with us with out the need of a set menu for up to 25 guests. We do offer in this case a preorder instead here you can order ahead to avoid excessive wait times especially for peak busy periods. Please email our events co-ordinator on christine@317.com.au for more information.

No we do not charge a surcharge on any public holidays; we invite all to dine with us at ease at any time of the year as we pride ourselves on reliability and trust.
We are only closed on Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. All others days are operating as per normal trading hours.

Restaurant 317 accepts Cash, Amex, Mastercard, Visa & EFtpos with up to a 2% surcharge for all card transactions depending on the type of card used. We do not accept diners or best restaurants gift cards.

Table reservations for up to 20 can be made here, and for larger tables or functions please submit a functions enquiry and our event manager will help you achieve the perfect experience.

We can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the initial reservation time. All diners that are running late need to inform management by contacting the restaurant directly on 02 9893 8188. All reservations that arrive more than 15 minutes past their reserved time may need to reschedule.
