From semi-private lounges to private rooms Restaurant 317 is the perfect venue to host your upcoming special event and what’s best is we have a complete event co-ordination service leaving all the planning to us!

With all-inclusive banquet menus and bottomless drink packages to choose from there is something for everyone, no matter what the budget is. Inclusivity has always been our stand out, whether guests are Coeliac, Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian or Pesceterian we have something for everyone’s dietary needs. Our event coordinator will arrange for a custom function requisition detailing all menu selections, dietaries, run sheet and any other special requests.

Our event co-ordinator will organise all additional services for you, from cake displays, décor packages and whole cakes, giving you a truly seamless function the planning right through to the execution. This is all apart of our promise to ensure your event runs smoothly

Our Event Co-Ordinator

When planning an event, our talented Event Co-Ordinator, Christine Sande, will be there with you every step of the way. Organising your menu packages, Beverage packages, décor package, and floor plan. There is no request that we do not endeavour to meet. All packages can be customised to suit any function that you are hosting. Enquire below for Christine to reach out to you, and learn more about your upcoming event.

    Fill out our events enquiry form below where our events co-ordinator will be in touch with all the relevant information for your function. Once all of the information has been sent and you are happy to lock in your function, a $15 per person deposit is required to secure the function.
    We welcome functions for up to 65 guests in our Grand Function Room. For functions of up to 100, we offer an indoor/ outdoor package where the grand function room and laneway area is reserved exclusively for your function as these areas open up to each other. For smaller groups we have semi-private areas available.
    Yes we do have customised options available for your event. All dietary requirements will also be catered for either as a part of the function package or catered for individually. All function hosts will receive their own function package detailing all special requests and custom selections created by our in-house event co-ordinator.
    This is determined upon booking, depending on function size, time and date. Please enquire by filling our enquiry form and our event co-ordinator will provide you with your most appropriate options.
    We have an in-house event co-ordinator who will organise your entire event for you from beginning to end. This includes all services for cakes, decorations, food packages, drink packages and all special requests. Event co-ordination is a complimentary service, you are just charged for the additional services requested.
    You are welcome to bring in your own décor for your event with us. Bump in and out will be confirmed upon enquiry. We take no responsibility for any third party vendor quality or co-ordination. We cannot store any décor, backdrops or any props prior to the function date. Set up and pack down will need to be arranged through vendor with in bump in and out timeframe.
    We welcome hosts or guests to bring in their own cake, a $2.50 cakeage fee does apply.
    BYO on wines and champagne only is allowed for functions with a $2.50 corkage fee per person. This option is only allowed for when a soft drink package is also included as apart of function package.

    Please note you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submission. For reservations within the next 24 hours please contact our reservations team on  1300 317 317.

    Table reservations for up to 20 can be made here, and for larger tables or functions please submit a functions enquiry and our event manager will help you achieve the perfect experience.

    We can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the initial reservation time. All diners that are running late need to inform management by contacting the restaurant directly on 02 9893 8188. All reservations that arrive more than 15 minutes past their reserved time may need to reschedule.
